Fossil watch "smartlink" help!?

i have a black quick turn jr. fossil watch and i tried pushing out the pins but they wont come out. I dont know how to take the links off. so will someone tell me step by step procedures on how to take the links off. I'd appreciate it. Thx!!!

You can take it to a Fossil store (watch hut/sunglass hut) and they do it for free.

it's better to return to the Fossil shop for professional help and learn from them.. don't spoil a nice and good watch..
