As a Banquet Server for a world renound established chain company I work for we would recieve gratuities from the parties that we served as a package deal with the client. Two years ago we were told that we will no longer recieve the gratuities from the parties the company CEO did not give us an explanition as to why but the price of the parties have risen and no wage increase has been supplumented. Does my company have that right?

You have no right to a tip, unless the person gives one ot you directly. Your company was probably including a madatory tip in the bill, which means there is no reason to give someone good service, so they got rid of it. They probably received a whole bunch of complaints about it.

Sounds to me that the new CEO has decided s/he needs a raise so s/he's taking it out of the employee's pockets. While your company has that right, you have the right to refuse to work under the changed "terms and conditions of employment".

No gratuity/ No wage increase, no work, Time to move along. Wait until the next big event, then quit a day before (and take your fellow servers with you). Don't agree to return until you have the gratuity and wage issues settled and in writing.
