my ipod nano died like completely and it says on the screen : No battery power remains. please connect ipod to power.

well i pluggled in my ipod using the USB port that they gave me in the package and it doesn't show that it's charging......well i left it alone for an hour and the screen hasn't changed at all.......am i doing something wrong?

is your computer on and awake (not in sleep mode)? it needs your computer to be on for it to get the power it needs. try this again and if it doesnt work, go to an apple store near you.

you could also try getting a wall charger. these allow you to plug your nano almost directly into a wall. good luck!

well you have to make sure the USB port is working, because some PC's they do not work, or basically de-activated. Check the USB cable. If it had worked before on this PC, check the Cable. You might have to go buy a wall charger...

make sure that your computer (if it's a laptop) is plugged in. maybe you didn't put the plug in your ipod all the way.

Just change your battery with a new one

May be you didn't plug it in all the way into the plug
