In this day and age with all the sue happy people you bet. Everyone from santa, to the company that made the sleigh and if she had some liquor in her, whoever sold it to her.

No, sadly Santa's reindeer got kidnapped by some radical Laplanders an eaten. So no lawsuits. The new names are (for the record) Rosie, Percy, Mohammmed, Elmer,Pa-Tee-Mouth, Hans,Yukio,Kineesha,and Julio.

Grandma shouldn't have been out in the snow all sauced up. It's her own fault. I hate when people sue just because they can get a bit of cash out of it.
