No- At the present time, the universe is expanding. However, scientists still are trying to determine if there is enough matter to generate enough gravity to someday stop the expansion and cause a collapse (implosion). The debate and research center around "dark matter" which is not detectable through standard methods and the values of certain constants in gravitational equations.

currently it's expanding quite rapidly. There is a theory that states that eventually the universe will begin to implode and eventually collapse into itself.....don't worry about it thought you'll be dead way before that

The universe was created by the contact of m-space membranes in 11 dimensions. Universes are constantly being created and destroyed in an infinite number of parallel universes. The imploding of a single universe is meaningless.

No, they are still expanding, however after BILLIONS of years later, it might implode, which ight take billions of years, and the whole cycle might start all over again!

When the universe goes out of existence it will do it while expanding.
A big crunch will never happen.

No. It is still expanding.
Scientists are struggling to find out whether the expansion will go on indefinitely or if gravity will ultimately slow it down and reverse it. (Unless there are new findings or measurements which I ignore).

According to the latest findings, definitely no.

It's doing the opposite-it's exploding (expanding).

Not yet - but if Einstein was correct, that's coming.
