i am a scorpio and happen to like a guy who is a sagittarius. do you think it coud work?

It makes absolutely no difference what month he was born. Horoscopes are for people with extremely low intellect that need to have a reason for bad stuff happening to them all the time.
If you both like each other and have similar traits, it'll work. You have to work to make things happen.
Please don't live your life by what twats like Russel Grant have to say. It's pointless, sad and does in no way resemble reality.
