I'd rank Mena, Arkansas's Raspberry Manor right up there with Jenner, California's Sea Ranch. It's quiet. It's secluded & and hard to find. It sits about 6 miles West of town on 60 or so acres, deep in the woods, off roads some would call questionable. The food and service is superb!! There isn't a better place to eat in all of Arkansas. The view is spectacular - the Quachita mountains, in the Fall (colors),....attract both Texasans and the Bayou state to the South. At night, it's so dark, the night sky is awesome!
For auto aficionados, there's an antique car collection that specializes in Packards, Chrysler's and Lincoln's limited production cars. And for the gals, a year round Christmas display you won't believe. If you want to really get some restfull peace and quiet, this is the ticket. My wife & I, & my brother and his wife went here for Valentine's Day and all of us are still talking about it, now five years later. What's your favorite?
