youre out of luck, bud. unless the songs are ID Tagged, your computer will not read them as anything but "track 1, track 2".
I would ask your friend for help. you could also do a lyrics search based on a lie or two and se if you can find the song titles and artists, but you'll still have to enter the info manually.

You could just type in a phrase from the song plus "lyrics" on google and it should come up with the name and artist

Windows media player would gather the informaion of your songs while it's played.
you can right click on each song and see it's details too.
if you double click on showbar of winap it get you more informaion.
