the sims talk like that they have own language it's called simlish

You can't change it and the language used are not chinese but simlish. The development team of the game invented this language for sim fans. They are planning to make it a trend just like what star trek fans do in using alien language... Who knows? Probably in the near future, this language could be used in reality... lol (just a thought)

They aren't speaking in chinese, they're speaking in simlish which is made from a bunch of languages. Every once and a while you'll hear a word that sounds english or something else. Basically its gibberish which helps the game greatly because its made of so many languages all players can have the experience of hearing a word in their own language and getting excited.

um, like sims don't talk in chinese they talk in like sim language, but mine say like 'ah,j'adore!' so i think it's just a mixture of languages. x
