Any of the Star Trek shows. I think I like them because they show how things possibly could be.

24. Story's pace is set in real time and there's never a dull moment. Look's like the show is on amphetamines or steroids!!! Maybe both! Jack Bauer, have a break!!!
Kidding aside, I think this show is one of the very few in which the story/plot really caught my attention.

The Shield - its rough, raw, gritty, and REAL, plus the characters are a part of my life, been watching the show since the beginning and I feel like these folks are my friends (and enemies). I think its one of the best shows on TV and cannot wait for its return in March.

Degrassi: The Next Generation. It's a really good show, mostly about teens, but anyone can relate to it.
