Chris is correct in that html is a mark-up language and not a programming language. In fact, if you take any formal html course, your instructor will point out the difference between a programming language and a mark-up language. Even so, I just tend to group everything together into the word programming. Javascript has conditional operands and such, but it is still not a programming language, it is a scripting language. I think that saying something like, "I program (or write) code for websites" is just easier to say to someone who has no knowledge of web design.

create the symbol using paint or whatever photo editing software you have, save it as either a gif or jpeg, and then add it to wherever you want it.
Depending on what you are copywriting you could also just type ( C ) in word (no spaces) or insert the copywright as a symbol, then cut and paste into your posting or template.

Are you actually trying to make the sign, you know, the little "C" enclosed with a circle?
If so, hold down your Alt key and enter the numbers " 0169".
