I am having difficulties talking to a person through a webcam. The reason for that is because he has Apple System and i have PC. IS there anything i can do to fix this problem so we'll be able to communicate?

Nope it don't matter wich hardware you each have as far as chatting goes. I would say that one of you has a krappy cam or an underpowered computer. Try reloading the drivers for your cams first. Oh yeah one of you might also have slow connection. It does take a certain amount of bandwidth to transmit live video feeds.

Yes, but you may need additional software. If using AIM for example, check out www.ralphjohnsuk.dsl.pipex.com/page12.html for the additional software you need. The site also has other suggestions.
