Go there and download iTunes and install it in your computer. Then sync your musics to your nano.

It comes on the installation cd. After installing, it will update to the latest version of iTunes. Alternatively you can download it from apple.com

You go on apple.com then download the itunes version 7 and then you plug it in the usb port then start downloading.

Well..Go on the itunes website which is http://www.apple.com/itunes/ and then download it.. and then you should have got a Cd with it if not then dowload it from the website.
