I just want to know why are so many ppl send on earth...wat is d purpose...do we have a common purpose,goal???
by asking abt ppl i dont mean any specific kind of ppl,it includes evryone....good,bad,etc.....

We're currently at 6.5 billion, in 50 years (at our current rate of growth) we'll be at 10 billion, with zero fossil fuels, zero coal and other natural resources.... The majority will be in under developed, third world countries. The divide between the haves and have-nots will be great. Water will be a resource that we'll all be fighting over.
What will bring us back down to sustainable levels? famine, war, some other apacolyptic event?
Since there is no meaning to life, at least nothing that's observable, we can only guess how we'll survive...

As I tell you my answer, I must let you know that my tongue if firmly planted in cheek.
Why are there so many people? It's the Democrat's fault! There used to be a thing called "Darwinism," "Natural Selection," and all that. But, now we cannot leave behind those who are weaker and mentally slower. We prop them up and they leach off of the government. Instead of dying off and thier genes being chlorinated from the pool, they reproduce and spread like kudzu.

There are double the number of eyes, ears, hands and legs..... but of course you are asking common purpose..... when two human beings struggle so much to fix and manage a common purpose despite living together, I can't see how these billions can have one grand common purpose.... looks just not possible!!!

Because the population is increasing? With the advent of medical technology, people are living longer and reproduction is rising. Artificial "invetro" fertilization is causing many multiple births too..twins, triplets, sextuplets, etc. People are not dying fast enough and others are reproducing exponentially.

when born,the individual mind is free of any idea/thought.as we grow with age a lot of data is stored in our memory chamber,most of which is useless. at any give time there are no less than fifty million ideas/thoughts are stored in a single mind.how these idea get expression?a scientist transforms that idea into an invention.ideas always get fulfilled by projecting as material objects. the cosmic-mind too projected this material universe,as the fulfilment of its 'ideas!the purpose of life is to realise the underlying unity---the realisation that there was,originally, only 'one' idea which became many---in the visibly diverse/multiplicity of idea.love.ls.

I think the answer lies in Quantum Mathmatics. The greater the population over time means that the population will increase to a greater extent over time, especially with people living longer.

Because so many people are having sex without birth control. The meaning of life is survival. Many people want their name to live on, so they have offspring. Some people have kids by accident, but nonetheless there they are. I don't plan to have children so I'm not contributing to overpopulation. I'd prefer my name to live on in my music & my artwork.

It's called procreating, and I assure you that we have a purpose,perhaps not a common purpose, but a purpose none the less.I believe that sometimes our reason for being is revealed to us, and sometimes it's a discovery that we have to realize at the "right time".

Each one of us are channels through which GOD creates a new life on this planet. Those who dont plan Kids are doing no good. Ofcourse it does not mean one has to go on and on ... :) :)

When animals breed like this one knows that something is afoot...a plague/a war/a natural disaster/civil war/.....the fittest survive. A bit like spring cleaning I guess
