In addition to the other suggestions, such as reducing stress, take a good Omega 3 supplement, as well as the vitamins and minerals that support healthy skin (like zinc, Vitamins A & D, Vitamins B & C).
Visit Nordic Naturals at http://nordicnaturals.com/ for clarification about which Omega 3 supplement would be best for excema.
If you spell the word correctly, you can do a search (Google or other search engine) for excema supplements.

Go see a skin doctor:they can prescribe you stuff for it,or go to your family doctor,he/she will take care of it.I know the names of the stuff you can use,but if i write it here it will be advertisement. And you need to get a prescription anyway,
Merry Christmas and a Happy new Year.

My son has the same thing. His doctor prescribed Elidel cream for him and it clears it right up. Ask your doctor about it. Don't scratch if u can help it.
