What is this political system which care for only CREAMY LAYER?

There is no end to injustice. CORRUPTION, REGIONALISM, INCREASING POORS & PRICES OF ESSENTIALS ARE the proof.

ALL EXISTING PARTIES ARE WATCHING THE INTERST OF CREAMY LAYERS.

NONE CAN THINK FOR MERIT & MEANS.

NEW POLITICAL PARTY IS THE REQUIREMENT WHO CAN FOUGHT WITH CORRUPTION, RED TAPISM & WORK FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF CHARACTER, EDUCATION & EQUALITY.

EXISTING PARTIES ARE CONCERNED TO WATCH THE INTEREST OF CREAMY LAYERS. NEEDY & DEPRIVED IS NOT THERE CONCERN. THEY ARE DIVIDING THE SOCIETY & CHEATING THE COUNTRY.

INDIA DOESNT NEED ANOTHER POLITICAL PARTY BUT IT NEEDS YOUNGER GENERATION PEOPLE LIKE YOU TO UNITE & THROW ALL THESE EXISTING POLITICAL PARTIES & THEIR MEMBERS IN THE BAY OF BENGAL OR ARABIAN SEA....!!!! India is a land of inequalities.. we may not be able to get rid of reservation at the time being but perhaps modify the criteria for it.

Probably the best criteria for reservation (if we need it at all) is for students studying in schools which might have lesser resources...

We have some schools that provide 100% results for past so many years and their students regularly get selected in IIT-JEE etc... kids in these schools already get the best training and their parents are wealthy enough to send them to these premier institutions... These schools also have very good resources and thus students automatically get better exposure and are able to come good in studies.. We have lot of students from these schools consistently getting 90% and above..

However, the other schools that are not so much well-stocked in terms of resources and the results are not that spectacular, also have some good students that are able to get average marks in-spite of the fact that the school is not the best.. In my opinion, if we give them the best resources, these students might have the capability to get better scores. It is for these students that we need to provide reservation for.

There are distinct advantages of this approach:
a) Eliminates caste/creamy layer/politics and other crap in determining the availability of seats in colleges..
b) Educational factors decide whether a person is eligible or not for a seat.
c) Pass percentage/ resources of a school is measurable and usually publicly declared. Whereas people dont want to always declare their income (this is where creamy layer logic doesnt work)..
d) Automatic correction can be introduced.. as the status of the school increases due to better results etc, the school may get out of the reservation bucket.. However the current system is such that no OBC/SC/ST/BC/MBC wants reservation to end because he claims that his clan is still backward.. A school cannot hide its progress. At the same time.. parents wont want to send their kids to schools where there is low pass percentage.. so schools HAVE to improve.. Ultimately the gap between the levels of exposure of students will come down and so will the requirement for reservation.

Reservations are equivalent to subsidies or concessions business houses in India such as Infosys,TCS,Wipro etc avail from government in corporate taxes, real estate, customs duties, sales taxes, land registration charges, electricity and water charges and in environmental pollution.

We should note that India’s Bollywood has not produced a film that could win a Oscar award till date.

We all know how pathetic India’s performance is in Olympic games.

India’s software industry has not created a world-class product till date.

You should note that none of these fields have reservations.

If you are looking for a SOLUTION to reservations, you should understand the problem before proposing the solution.

Reservations are legislative response to historical socioeconomic injustices. Reservations can be scrapped when 80% of marriages in India are inter-caste or inter-religious.

Rather than India having a New party , Indian Politicians need a new Mindset . Reservations alone are not going to solve problems . Rather , they create more divisions in the society . What is needed is better Education,Healthcare , Shelter and Employment and Self Employment opportunities for Under privileged and poor in Indian Society.

We have to abolish the entire system of reservation .Employment,admission for education or any other affairs should be strictly selected as per the merit of the individual achievement .This will make the entire system and the country to move ahead very efficiently and competitive to any other country in the world .This system of reservation has perverted the entire system of the country as whole. Instead the government should estimate and find out the poor and under privillaged people of this country and then extent financial support to educate them to be the best .This cast ,community,religion,minority all created by such wrong policies of the past .If we go with such financial support we will no more need this reservation as they will compet and come in front .We also will get people with higher merit to run this country.Government also sholuld abstain from asking the religion,cast etc from all thier advertisement ,application and from every source.Now government has made them dependent on reservation and they lost their initiatives.If such changes are brought by a bold government perhaps the faceof our country will change for good . Poor people from any religion or community wil be same .There is no such poor in creamy layer .Poor are poor !Politician will destroy this country and will make us fight each other and kill ourselves by creating all this reservation in the name of SC,OBC,poor in creamy layers, minority and what not .?..I pray to save my country from this type of politician .!..

It is not at all necessery that one more thorn be added to Bharathmatha. The cleaning of politics is a must and the need of the hour. Youngsters in India are capable of doing this and am quite confident that India will emerge a super power and slowly but surely these politicians will have a natural death. Be positve and confident.Scene shifting is necessary but it is not the play.The question is a guiding, and proper channeling is necessary to bring India a great nation in this world

reservation is not needed for the sc and st of peoples who are alredy settled in town and leading luxurious life.my kcet ranking is 2485 in eng i have not got a seat for cs or e&c but my friend who is richer than me have got cs seat in my college(jc,mys).her ranking is 4558.let them reseve seat on income basis or for rural people
