The Earth is so large that one cannot discerne from standing on the surface that it is round at all. There is no curve to fall from. As the Earth turns the gravitational pull holds you firmly to the ground.

It is called gravity.
Although if you want to get simpler then that, you can stand on round things and not fall off can't you? Can't you balance on a ball for a while? Well the bigger the ball the longer you can stay on it.
