My brother has AOL as internet ISP but we Want to use internet explorer as the browser it much nicer and easy to use

so just open IE and go to the programs tab and select to have IE as the default browser and don't use the AOL Browser.

You have just made AOL your default browser. To set IE as your default browser follow the steps below. Open tools menu click Internet options. Click Programs Tab Somewhere in the middle you find a button "Make Default", Click it and check mark the default browser below the button. Click Aplly and press ok. Done enjoy, you are back to IE now. You can do it from Control Panel Too. Just go there and open Internet Options.

#1 do a hard format and then reinstall everything from the recovery disk if you have it and switch to something else as an isp AOL is an undercover operating system trying to exterminate Microsoft Windows from the planet Earth, On a couple of my last computer's that had both microsft windows and aol on them the hard drive usually failed within 8 weeks or less.

download a ie6 .and setup it.
