Would be nice if someone could answer instead of acting like an 8 year old. Why even bother with an answer "don't know and don't care." I got one for you...don't answer!

The fight ends with both fighters trading punches in the center of the ring, and is Rocky that throws the last punch of the fight. The spectators cheer wildly as the final bell rings; Rocky Balboa has gone the distance with a much younger and more agile opponent, when no one gave him a real chance of making it. He tells Paulie that the "beast" that was living inside him is now gone. Dixon too feels triumphant; he has proven himself in the ring against a truly magnificent fighter, and, like Rocky, he has regained his self-respect. In a nod to the original movie, Rocky ultimately loses the fight to Dixon by a split decision. Rocky exits the arena as the decision is read; he enters again, taking one more curtain call before finally leaving.

The movie ends as it began, with Rocky at Adrian's grave. He leaves a flower for Adrian, saying, "Yo, Adrian, we did it."
