go to tools, internet options, content and under content go to content advisor and then click enable and you can type in a password and choose what kind of pages you can see. If you have a password, only the one who knows the password can view the pages.

install and have running at all times a firewall program many good ones are out there try these then branch out if you need better security zonealarm, Norton, Mcafee, TrendMicro a.k.a. Pc-Cillin, BitDefender, WindowsLiveOneCare 90 day free trial, other posters can tell you of other that are out there I personally used to use sygate firewall in the SystemSuite 6, before my motherbourd went up in flames (literally). Good thing I keep a fire extigusher handy in my computer room.

No-script addon (for firefox only) stops the video from playing and other active contents on the site, but its easily deactivated (i assume your cousin watching porn would know some pc knowledge?) Otherwise, to block the video is to block the site itself.

Net Nanny is a good one. I've never used it, so I can't say anything about it, but it's been around nearly as long as the internet has, so it must be doing something right!
