Its an ouija board. It's a novelty game that is used to ask questions to spirits. They are fun to play with, with lots of people because then you can't tell who's moving the little letter-finder thingie (which is supposedly being moved by the "spirit" you're trying to communicate with. Almost everyone has some kind of Ouija Board story. The human mind is capable of creating such fantasies...

it's spelt "ouiji" (or ouija) board.
it's a board that ppl (like psychics) use to call spirits, ghosts, dead ppl yadda yadda.......i think u gotta convey messages through this board and the spirits (supposedly!) respond...
i've not seen one, and i dunno if they're for real, but i hav a couple of friends who insist they do work....
