We are not on this Earth to cause pain. So when you do that you hurt a little piece of yourself. That's what regret is. It is that feeling deep down in our hearts that tells us we did a very bad thing or we mad a mistake. It is important to face what we do to others both good and bad. Don't do unto others what you would not have them do unto you.

Yes it does hurt when you do treat someone bad. Even if you think they deserve it. Remember the golden rule "Do unto others as you would do unto yourself"

yES IT DOES HURT BACK. When you treat someone bad your body is releasing adrenalin and cortisol, which is bad for you. These chemicals stay in your body for at least 36 hours wreaking havoc on your internal organs. Being good is rewarding to all parties involved, including yourself. You release good chemicals into your system when you treat people fairly and good.

Of course. You know sometimes we acted in away that we really didn't mean and we later regret it.

I would rather let go and don't harbor anything toward that person because otherwise, I'm the one who suffers because I allow this person to be on my mind all the time - I empower him/her to be in control of my emotion and my daily routine.

depends on what type of person you are, and if they really deserved it. Most of the time people say stuff that they dont' mean when they are mad.
