Is the kid in the Cartoon Network movie "Re-Animated" psycotic?

He sees cartoon in real life talking to him..... He gets a "brain-transplant" which actuald doesn't exist because it would make him an entirely differrent person. I have only seen the comercial. Did they give him a schizophranic brain?

I saw previews on that, but it looks SO ridiculous. I didn't even bother watching it.

I watched it with my neighbor and its really stupid, but thats only what I think
