oh, so ur saying that when the BJP was in power, muslims had 100% education, and the Congress has now diminished that?
u can't blame the govt for EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!
muslims are still very tradition-bound (im not saying that's bad). but the rural muslims believe that madrasas are better than schools. again, i don't say its wrong. but they need to integrate madrasa education with the national framework.
it nobody's "fault", there just needs to be a shift from a traditional educational system to a more realistic, modern approach

Don't put it that simple. They created some semi literarte mullahs as Muslim representatives and crippled the community. I don't know why the educated Muslims are not coming forward and try to make a difference.

Not only congress, Muslims communalism is also responsible for that. Congress is giving support to madrassa it leads to increase the number of terrorists in India. They are teaching communalism in madrassa......

If American education continues to cut funding for schools, and pushes the burden on to charter schools and Church led schools, or indoctrinating home school schemes, then we could also become as backward as backwoods Pakistan.
