I am going to shop in central london on boxing day. Plz could anyone let me know where is the best place to park in central london probably near oxford street? Thanks

It would cost you a fortune IF you could find a place. Best advice is buy a one day travel card for the tubes and buses. Or get a train there and a cab home.

Seriously, if you get desparate, here's a compormise suggestion that might work out for you.

Try some of the streets just north of the Bayswater Road, West of Marble Arch. From personal experience, I know that there used to be plenty of street parking in the Notting Hill-Queensway
area, and you'd only be a short cab ride, or a couple of tube/bus stops away from Oxford Street.

I always park on Park Lane. They have a car service to drop you off along the shops on Oxford St. Rates are included on the link below.


I also park in the underground parking right behind John Lewis and then you don't have so far to go carrying all your bags.
