You will need a Broadband connection. After you have plugged the adaptor into your 360, turn it on and it should automatically search for your ISP (BT, Tiscali, Aol etc). You will need to enter your e-mail address so the machine can find your server, and after a few minutes you should be up and running. Your adaptor should come with a one month trial membership which should automatically begin. It`s more straight forward than it sounds, but you may lose your connection from time to time which is very frustrating. Good Luck....
