Your kidding right? Stop trying to save the water in the toilet, then it won't run over the top when you flush it!!!!!!!! Honey that is just disgusting, and it has to stink to hight heaven. Clean the bowl out and flush a little bit at a time. If you want to save water put a 2 liter bottle full of water in the holding tank in the back of the toilet,(with the cap on tight.) so each flush you will be saving 2 liters of water. The bottle will just take up space so that you don't use as much water. good luck.

Get a pooper scooper, a bucket, and a dipper. Dip out as much debris as you can, then use a plunger on the toilet. Keep flushing and plunging and eventually the Big One will go down and the toilet will drain.

Take the offensive remains in the bucket to the back yard and put them into a garbage bag. Tie shut securely and repeat the process until there are 3 bags around the initial bag. It should then be safe to dispose of in the garbage, although I would NOT call the sanitation department and let them in on this little secret.

Give your dog a big Kiss on the Lips to thank him for his efforts on your behalf.

Never do this again...

The ONLY way that a toilet can overflow is because something blocks the outflow of the waste water that should go over the 'bottleneck' in the outlet and into the sewer line.
You need to 'snake' that toilet bowl with a tool you can buy in a hardware store.
A common type tool has a pipe-like tube in which the 'snake' is held, with a handle to turn to move the snake out of the tube to go in the direction it's pointed, which should be at the water outflow opening at the back of the water in the toilet bowl.

Ou man your nasty, don't let the dogs into that _ _ _ _ you crazy they can get diseases too.To save on water, I put the toilet paper in a trash I keep in the bathroom, I don't flush urine but I sure do with bm, the first one, I don't wait till the toilet fills up. You can also put a dish pan in the kitchen sink to catch water and when its full you can pour it into the toilet to flush it. Hope this helps.
