You will have to shut off the fuel and clear the piece of rust or other junk holding the needle open the float pushes the needle up into it's seat this allows just enough fuel in the float chamber to get sucked into the engine. Some times if your lucky you can tap on the carb piece of 2x2 and hammer and rattle the obstruction out of the needle. You will know if it worked the fuel will stop flowing out the air filter. But you will still have to allow the gasoline to dry in the air cleaner. Take the foam filter out to dry or replace it. Don't want to burn the Quad runner down.

The carburetor floats are stuck or out of adjustment, which allows fuel to keep flowing even after the float bowl is full.

Being as it's a new machine you should be able to adjust the floats and correct the problem. Which should have been done by the selling dealer. Be careful not to break the tab on the floats though. 99% of those knock off Chinese, Taiwanese, Korean or whatever don't have a decent parts and service support network which essentially makes them throw away units. I've also seen where when you could get parts, you can't get only what you need. I.E. you can't buy just a float, or needle and seat, you have to buy an entire carb.

Good luck.

Many of the chinese/korean mini's have a "gel pack" inside the carb from the factory,to keep the float from falling too far down should the crate be dropped while shipping. They are supposed to dissolve when you put gas in the quad the first time,I have seen many that didnt.Just take the bowl off and blow the thing out with a can of WD-40.

Just as someone else said, THE FLOAT IS STUCK OPEN.
Take a plastic hammer and (Tap) on the side of the carb or rebuild the carb.
