Sometimes you don't have any pain until the water breaks. Nowdays they have medication to help you to dilate, so try not to worry too much. More you can relax more smooth the birth goes as well :)
Gaining more weight during the last month/weeks of pregnancy is kind of normal, don't worry about this either, hence after giving birth you will loose within few weeks quite a lot of it, plus if you keep on to brest feeding no matter what within 6 months time you will be back to your "normal" weight (as long you don't start stuffing up yourself, but eat healthy)
Anyways congratulations and hope it all goes well!!

The best thing to do is not to put yourself in harm's way. While giving birth the natural was is commendable and better for the baby, being at a hospital is the safest route. Tell them you don't want to be medicated unless you absolutely have to be. But odds are your body knows exactly what it is doing. You were designed to bear children, and from the sounds of it things are shaping up nicely...the baby is in position, and you're already thinking about the next step. Some women don't go into labor until after their 40th week so you may still have quite a bit of time to wait. However, due to health risks, women who do not go into labor after the 42 week, or start showing signs of placental decay will be induced since the placenta can only support the baby for so long. Good luck! You're going to do just fine!!

Being scared is normal. You shouldn't have much pain right now. I know having a natural birth is important, but you should try to relax and go with the flow. The docs and nurses will do what is best for the baby and you. Don't have any expectations. Enjoy the fact that you will soon be holding your baby. Try to sleep as much as you can now. Just RELAX!

the best thing you can do is just enjoy your pregnancy go shopping, get a massage do something for you and enjoy the time its the best time to enjoy, and when the delivery comes it will all be in gods hands so just relax and let nature take its cost. best of luck and congratulations

This is what your body was made to do. You'll be fine. Nature has allowed women to do this for thousands of years. Best wishes hun!

Sleep as much as you can. After the baby is born, you will never have a good night sleep again...
