I travel a lot to Iran because of my business. Tehran is the best city to live in and I would recommend you Tavanir area. There are really nice apartments and restaurants around.

In terms of nature, you would probably prefer to live in the northern part of the country because of it's beautiful nature and the seaside and everything, though the weather gets really cold in winters and the humidity is really high in summer time,
If you prefer to live in hotter places, you would probably like the southern part but keep in mind that southern parts are intolerable in summer, besides that there is not much to do there,
Cities like Tehran and Isfahan, both have moderate climate, you can find feel the four seasons completely,
Isfahan is a less populated, more beautiful city comparing to Tehran, and they are pretty much the same in terms of working and educational opportunities,
I personally lived in Tehran since I was born until i moved to Toronto when i was 18 not long time ago,
In Tehran, you always have more fun than any other city, all the entertainment in Iran is centered in the capital, plus the opportunities that you might not find in any other city, but keep in mind that traffic is crazy, you need to spend half an hour for the shortest distances to travel, the weather in summer is really polluted etc.
Overall, I still prefer to live in Tehran when I go back to Iran, and it would be my first suggestion,

It depends on you.If you like living at seaside cities you will live on north part ,which is not hot.For warm and hot weather you can live at south of Iran near Persian golf. Anyway please find a map, then you can decide because we have every kind of atmosphere on our country.from very hot to very cold.from green woods to desert.
