Doesn't matter....can you stand? Can you run? I was 14 and wore a 12...I now wear a 15...size of feet doesn't matter, so don't worry 'bout it.

I think that's normal.. Look we all have different genes, so one person at 15 is going to be much bigger then another 15 year-old.. Yes, you are on the smaller side, but you're going to grow! My guess is your body is taking a longer to time to develop and when you do, you'll grow like a shot.. If you don't grow very much in the next 2 years or so, you should consider seeing if there's something wrong with your growth hormone.. Or you could have hypo thyroid, are you noticing that you're drinking lots of water (more than normal), is your hair brittle and thin??, are you sleepy all the time?? If so you should probably get some blood tests done..
Good-luck!

Well, remember that your feet are in proportion with your body. You can't have a size 15 with a 5-4'. My son used size 6 when he was 10, but now he is 12, he's grown to be 5'9' and uses size 12.5, and he will continue growing.
You don't have to be ashamed of your feet. Instead you should forget about that. It is completely normal.
Hope that this helps.

put it this way the smaller your foot the more shoes you get to choose from and at a decent price range

There really is no "normal" for a teen boy! You guys hit your growth spurts at different times, so there is no sense in comparing. My 15 year old wears size 12, and has for a few years. They are harder to find than smaller sizes, so just deal with what you can. He is also 5'11", so it balances out. -- be patient, lots of guys still grow til the end of their teens.
