The US will never ever have a fair and equal policy for Palestine as they do for Israel. Not until The US stops being the largest weapons trader to Israel. You can hardly call them unbiased. I am sure they revel in every bombing and bullet. As long as there is conflict in the region all the US government can hear is ching ching ching from more weapon sales.

Why bother to have ANY policy in place regarding Palestine. It's kind of hard to have any plans when the favorite pastime of Hamas and Fatah(or whatever it is) is trying to kill each other, breaking EVERY cease fire agreement, and then blaming Isreal or us for it. Maybe when Palestinians can act like civilized people instead of a mindless mob and honoring agreements made instead of breaking them before the freaking ink is dry on the paper. Time to drop the foaming at the mouth reaction every time Isreal is mentioned or shown on a map. In other words, GROW UP, and just maybe come to the realization that every answer to a problem is NOT a bomb, convincing the "young and dumb" to blow themselves up, or firing rockets into Isreal because some wacko religious NUTCASE told them too.

Yes I am. We are holding them accountable for their actions.

I am not satisfied with US policy regarding Israel though.

I completely support Israels right to exist and I don't have a problem with the US helping to insure that happens. But, I am not happy with the unconditional support it appears we give Israel. If we truly care about peace in that region of the world we need to hold Israel to a higher standard of diplomacy with its neighbors than we are.

Two wrongs don't make a right.

Bottom line is they both have the right to exist right where they are. The land should not be exclusively for Israel or Palestine.

No. If the US was serious about the War on Terror, we would not whine that Israel needs to use restraint in fighting Hamas and Hezbollah.

well, you know the US is still supporting Israel as they should- because israel is the only country in the middle east that is a democracy. It is America's only trusted ally in the region, and it doesn't have a partner to bargain for peace.
