he is just practicing because he been getting lessons and not very good at it yet. Then when he is a good sodomist he can be doing it for real. Inside another man.
it means he is not really a homosexual, he just helps them out when they are busy

You need an English Lesson here!
There are two words which sound identical.
One is Practise and the other is Practice.
To practise something is to be in the process of learning.....as in piano practise.
To practice something is to actually perform something or some task........as in "to practice medicine."
So in the case of practising, the reference would be to actually "doing it" rather than "learning it." It's an old joke to play on the difference between the two words.
If you have difficulties in either the practise or practice, I'm a good teacher!! ;-)

It's a play on words: a practising homosexual is one who actively seeks the company of other homosexuals. The joke is, to try something before you get it right is also to practise so a practising homosexual...

Are you Russian? Here is how I interpret your question
"What is the meaning please, I saw in the TV and the man said what is practicing homosexual and the other man said to them ...... is it right? My English is not that good. Please tell me"
I understand most of the question but can you write again or explain clearly "oder man say dem wat ent got hang of it" I can only understand "the other man said to them..."
This type of writing is common in text messaging.

I think it's a homosexual, that practices at homosexuality so as to perfect the "art". You know what they say, "Practice makes perfect." I think there are also heterosexuals that are practicing. At least I hope, divorce being so common an all. No doubt, whatever your pursuit, you should strive for excellence.

You can be gay,but chose not to have sec with men:then you abstain from sex
When you are gay and you do have sex with other men,you are a practicing homosexual.
Is this clear enough for you?
if not:use the messenger.I will try to explain it then
Greetings:Rob.

it just means he is an active homosexual. Funny how your English isn't that good but you managed to spell the title of your question to perfection!

please use the spell checker...Practising homosexual means a homosexual who is having homosexual sex with people..as opposed to a homosexual person who doesn't actually do the sex act.
