um, did you serve in Hokkaido in the 70's? I think I know some Saito shimais. What ward? if you dont know what Im on about never mind, other wise give me an email :)

It's tough to track down someone like that. There's a very good chance her surname is no longer Saito, and there are a lot of women by the name of Seiko.
