Everything and everyone changes. Nothing stays the same. Some people get better, some worse, depending on their choices, experiences, and the way they choose to interpret what happens to them. Many people make an effort to change for the better by becoming aware of their defects and bad habits and working consciously toward changing them. This is possible with desire and effort and perhaps some coaching.

You can choose other people to be with instead of expecting others to change to suit your preferences and needs. When you're different, sometimes they behave differently. Of course, with family members, it can be hard to swallow your own limitations to effect change. You may not be the right one to offer the experience that makes another person willing (or able) to change. Don't make yourself nuts trying.

Yes, but unlike Scrooge, its not usually a change that happens quickly.

Not everybody seems able to change, though. Some people can while others struggle with it, while still others simply don't change at all. Sometimes, people can change within a certain context or with some level of prompting.

yes people change we all change every day life changes us.
a dishonest person can be come a very trustworthy person and the same for all of your list and lots more.
can we change someone else you sure can more often and with greater ease you can make a persons life go from good to bad. but with more effort and time you can influance a persons behaviour so that a positive result is seen.
this idea that a person has to want to change is in part true but not totally . being a good influance and good support for a person
will rub off on them .
people that say we cant change another are really saying we cant alter a person quicky for the positive and to the point we think we have made a perfect mold of a person we want to know
that much is true .
you can change yourself bit by bit and others can change you sometimes bit by bit and others alter you like being hit by a car.
if no one could help to change a person then we would not have
doctors social workers ministers and caring people . we would not even have the need for mothers to raise us and fathers to help there too we would just be like eggs laid and then left .
another way of changing a person is to change your view of the person some times our own view is not correct this is why we are told not to judge. empathy and a desire to understand is needed along with a huge dose of williness to accept that things most often dont go from bad to good over night . they sure can go from good to bad over night but all in all with the help of god and the williness to help we can help one anther change to the person they would prefer to be . not to who we want them to be each time but who they want to be more like sure
you can change you you can change me i can change you and a total random event can change anyone anytime this is called life. life is a period of change that is all it really is

Yes, I believe people could change if they know that there is problem with them. If we made no mistake, there will be no growth and no reason for us to change. So give this person a chance to change.

Yes, they do change. But its futile to expect others to change first. You have no control over it. Over yourself, you have control. Look inside: you too have the character traits that you condemn in others, although you might not be in touch of this "shadow" side of yourself. Get to know it, acknowledge and change what you don't like.
Change yourself and the world changes around you.

Not unless they learn to control there actions, Which is to say they can hide there bad selves or actions. But I think must every thing is ingrained from childhood. Very unlikely to change as a Adult.

No, they never go away.
We can put them into remission if God allows. They are always there to regress to if our positive paths fail us. We can follow new paths and make the ruts deeper than the negative paths if we are lucky. There is a lot of help especially in self-help programs to support us.

Most of cases, people don't change. May be something happened that let the person change. something fatal that affects his life. let him change his concepts in life.

I don't believe so. I just think people learn to control it. You can't change like that though, it's a part of you. Even medications can't do it, they just reel it in.

Yes. These things are just "habits."
Habits are something that you chose to do. Habits can change, when they are replaced with new ones. Takes a lot of work. But, it certainly can be done.
