to paste your mail, do the following:
1) "copy" whatever material you want to paste
2) "open " new word document.(i know u must be doing this only,but
after that.......u do not make enough space for ur document,so follow
to the next point)
3) keep on "pressing enter "till u move on to next pages,
more>
(this provides u the space to copy ur entire document,which otherwise
could not be pasted on a single page.)
4) now go to the first page ,and now "PASTE " your document as usual.
you will definitely get the desired result.

u can copy by control + c after selecting the text and control + v in the word document

Copy - paste into NOTEPAD and then again copy and it will paste fine in Word.

oftentimes, must you delete piece of e mail out of your Inbox, it is going into your Trash folder, and which you're able to have the skill to rummage around in there to locate it returned. yet you in all threat have deleted it from the Trash, it somewhat is long long previous consistently.

It might not be a text format email. try saving it. file then save as. check it out.
