1) make sure the cd rom software has been downloaded
2) use only iTunes
3) iTunes will automatically download your music once all songs are transfered into iTunes (you only have to plug it into your pc).

Hi,
If the ipod didn't come with a disc (itunes) you need to download it which you do so on google

Then make sure you have plugged it in and have got itunes on

At the side on itunes, there is a list look for your ipod give it a few moments to come up though

Open the music you want on your ipod up on itunes and at the top of the screen click File>>>>Update Songs On iPod

I hope this has helped it is the best way I can explain it

Merry Christmas to you!!

It's quite simple really. All you need to do is download the iTunes program that came with your iPod. Then you need to copy the songs off your CD's to iTunes, it's really simple.

If you're trying to put mp3 files on your ipod that are already on your computer, you just need to move them to your music library in your itunes folder. But you do need to download iTunes first. iTunes is a very simple program to use.

Hope this helps.

Please use the software CD provided with your IPOD, The software is necessary for transfer of music files to the IPOD.
Just go through the instruction booklet-
Its too easy.

THANKS
