Holland is one hour ahead of the UK. i.e.12:00 here in UK is 13:00 in Holland. If you were to go there now you would put your watch forward one hour.

Except for 1 week when the clocks change it is tha same, then it's due to the different dates the clocks get changed.

koorosh is incorrect with his reference to a two hour difference in the summer. The United Kingdom switches to summer time at exactly the same time as the rest of Europe, meaning that the UK is always one hour behind the Netherlands and the rest of central Europe.
