Well, its true logically. It happens biologically when the bacteria that moves to a area and it moves to the next area which is in the same condition where the results of culturing will end up in the same way.

Not sure. But I once have a classmate that no matter how he pretends to be socially Cultured by conversing with all levels of people...yet we still call him Bacteria.
