Perhaps the day would mean more to you if you gave into the spirit of giving. It doesn't matter what religion you celebrate, it's all about what you bring to the day.
Merry Christmas and best wishes for a peaceful day!

Christmas, as celebrated in the USA, has no meaning to me either. It's just another day. The birth of Christ can be celebrated any and everyday, not just on Dec. 25. I am glad my hubby's off work today, though. Peace.

It is just another work day. Going out and picking up cars that have been in accidents because the drivers consumed to much Christmas cheer then attempted to drive home.

I agree with you.
Christmas is a fiction.
But as a way of brightening up a very cold winter, it does a reasonable job, doesn't it? It gives small children something to be excited about. And a reason to go and see their grandparents.

Christmas is the day set aside to celebrate the birth of Jesus. God gave us His best gift when He gave us His Son. And in that spirit of love, we give gifts to those we love. I take the gift of salvation through our Lord very seriously and enjoy giving gifts to my family and friends. I hope you will accept God's love and want to pass it on through giving to those you love. Then your Christmases will become meaningful and special.

No...........
My religion is a Christian one but not catholic...
Jesus is not born in december 25.. It's a fiction of the Catholic church. jesus is born on a house not on a place where cows live. He is born not on december because it's too cold for travelling.
