Yahoo chat is you can find a room with real people in it and not "bots".

Download Yahoo! Messenger at http://messenger.yahoo.com
If you don't want to download a chat software, just go to the url above & look for the "Launch Web Messenger" at the bottom of the web page. I don't think it can allow you to use a webcam.
