Do you mean what must you not miss? If it's a clear day a trip on the London Eye is good, you can see the whole of London from up there. Otherwise I always recommend the Tower of London and the Crown Jewels. If you like museums the Victoria and Albert is brilliant, though you could spend a whole day in there and not see all of it. The British Museum is also good.
