Unless different in your handbook, you normally reduce the time by about 25%. Enjoy your turkey??!!

I have a fan forced oven and I cook at the same rate as one without, I know the fan is going but I have tried using the directions of with and without and found normal non fan forced oven times are best in my oven, thats no help though to you

bout five minutes per every 15 minutes so somethink cooked for 1hour would only need 40 minutes.

Reduce temp by about 20c, not the time.
