everytime im in a group of people i often feel insecure and so small that is why i prefer being alone than to socialize with them......i am so concern with my self image and i dont want people saying bad thing about me. I am very submissive wherein i always try to please other people and project good traits because i am afraid they wont like me.
So what should i do to raise my self esteem, emotional intelligence and overcome my shyness?

you need a good friend that believes in you it helps but of course you have to know that you are special without anyone telling you that...shy people are usually intelligent and kind people so you must be really special!

i don't know any guys with the name coco on my block so i guess this is more complex issue also, texting u are adequate for all u need to know, so u are unencouraged to processed with out your fears dragging you around, next time you have this one spot that is up tight in you more than any other, try to take a book that has jokes in it and sit down in your emotional hot spot and tell your self jokes that make you comfortable and relaxed til you see that you can control your self you just have to stop projecting fears and project things that are consumed by other more readially in your group, u get what u give is a visual contribution u have to make til it becomes the habit of choice, sorry but that is the pecking order and i don't make the rules, that's why u got to smile cause u have no reason not too, if u understand

The author, Paul Hauck, urges us to develop achievement confidence instead of self-confidence.This book can eliminate the inferiority and superiority complex we all suffer from.

You have to try something. Speak out. Educate yourself on interesting music and issues and literature and other things. Burn a doobie. Tell a joke. Make a mistake.

If you spend your life worrying about offending people, you'll never be happy or successful. The same goes with being afraid.
