Human does not have exoskeleton. So, it is not possible to increase its strength.

Humans can increase his endoskeleton by eating food with a richer content of calcium, potassium and phosphate group.

IF, ONLY IF, IF human suddenly has exoskeleton and sheds like lobsters, I would say that THIS HUMAN consumes food that helps strengthen endoskeleton to help strengthen the formation of the "shells".

Humans don't have them. Unless you're an insect of some kind.

If you want to strengthen your endoskeleton you should get plenty of calcium growing up and subject yourself to lots of bumps and vibrations and put your bones under tension with a resonance. This actually stengthens bones. They had chickens stand on vibrating plates and after time their legs became stronger.

Oh, you mean original equipment? Sorry, humans only come with endoskeletons. Strengthening those is done by exercise and the proper diet. See your doctor for more details.
