If u r a reliance postpaid user u can view Ur telephone bill on Internet, u wil have to log in the Internet:
www.relianceinfo.com
Here u will find a link to sign up, Just sign up with details, password will be sent to the reliance no. by SMS which u can use for log in to your account, and then u will ind all the details of the bills,payment history and even on line payment options.

ya sure you can go through your phone but you have to do setting in your pc for that and it costs less than your reliance
