I'm not a big fan of either. There's loads more players that are better. In their prime, I'd take Seedorf.

At the moment, probably Scholes. But over the last 10 years or so, Seedorf.

both have left their best days behind them......

their talents are shooting from distance, sliding through short passes for the strikers and an excellent work rate. But neither of them can dribble or defend for toffee! Have you ever seen Paul Scholes successfully tackle?

Scholes has always seemed like a better player but hasn't had the same level of acclaim due to less success at international and champs leage level that seedorf has enjoyed

Seedorf is better than Scholes..

Seedorf is the only player to win Champions league on 3 different teams.

Seedorf deserves to be called "a better player".

technique- Scholes
defence- Seedorf (Scholes cant tackle for toffee though he does try hard)
dribble- Seedorf (Scholes doesnt quite have the speed or skill to dribble well)

Having said that, Scholes is a brilliant player, his passing ability is exceptional and hits the ball superbly. its just that in the areas you mentioned, Seedorf has the edge
