Because she has ADHD, she might not realize she is being a bully. I actually live in what would normally be called a "group home", although far less structure is enforced in this place than would typically be enforced in such places. (The people who actually run the program like to call it a "supervised living situation".) Everybody I live with has some variety of either learning disability or cognitive disability, including myself. One of the girls I live with has ADHD. For people who don't know her that well, she can come across as very possessive and very bossy. (I'm guessing thats what you mean by "soooooooooo mean".) For those of us who take the time to get to know her and understand her, though, we get to see that she also has a very nice side to her. True, its not often that she is able to show it, but thats largely because a lot of circumstances are beyond her control, including how others respond to her possessive and bossy style.
If you are willing to take the time and energy to spend some time alone with her, you might find that she is a lot better able to handle situations on a one-to-one basis than with a lot of other people around. If there is too much action and commotion going on, that might be one thing that sets her off.
I wish you the best of luck.

Her having a problem does not mean that she can get away with bullying anyone. Tell her to back off and that to stop using her disability as an excuse to harass others and let the class think whatever they want. You know your intentions and that's it.

Be OVERLY nice to her, you dont have to mean it but it will throw her off guard completely. Thats what I did in 4th grade, I can hardly remember but I beileve she actually turned completely humble and kind.

If your a boy;
Pretending to be in love with her could help --
Every time she comes towards you bash your eyes and start to take of your shirt SLOWLY. (Dont take it off though..)
While she's insulting you just laugh and agree with everything she says and keep telling her how much shes so funny and how much you love her
Or you could belly dance in front of her

If you're a girl;
Just start acting weird, freak out and act hysterical.
Laugh at her jokes and start grossing her out.
You could try putting something in your mouth (A sandwhich maybe) then chew it then spit it out in your hands in front of her.
Or try stalking her or singing loudly and hysterically.
