can't find seriel no. driving me nuts, how long is it and how does it usually start?

I think the serial number is on the manual - not on the back of the box.

My serial number starts 9BQ & is 20 characters long.

Trust me there is no way to guess the number. it is something like 20 numbers long. I searched online, try one of these.
