Last year, I sold a house and gave each of my daughters (2)
$1,200.00. I put the money in a pair of socks, told them both, "Merry Christmas" and I hoped they liked what I bought them (the socks).
They both looked at me, like I was nuts, didn't quite know what to say, until they found the money, then they went nuts!
I laughed until I cried!!
